Freight Logistics

The Freight Logistics Action Plan launched by the European Commission, amongst a number of policy initiatives, to help Europe address its current and future challenges relies on co-modality and on advanced technology to ensure a competitive and freight transport system whilst promoting environmental sustainability.

The Freight Logistics Action Plan focuses on quality and efficiency for the movement of goods, as well as on ensuring that freight-related information travels easily between modes.
